The hotel's location was perfect for our city trip, being both quiet and well-connected. The room service staff provided quick and responsive service, with one particular staff member, Vipin, standing out for his exceptional service. Another advantage was the comfortable room that provided a good night's rest.
Maintenance and cleanliness posed significant issues, with the bathroom being a particular concern. The junior staff members' behavior was average, as was the provision of an extra bed that was charged separately and placed on the floor.
